Peaberry coffee are plump, with a high caffeine content, aromatic odour and strong bitter taste.

Peaberry is a mutant fruit from the conventional categories such as Arabica coffee and Robusta but inside the coffee bean there is only one core. Also the caffeine content in Peaberry is higher than normal beans.

In acoffee harvest, there is only about 5% Peaberry upon total coffee picking. Then it is separated and roasted separately to ensure the quality of the coffee after roasting.

Robusta Peaberry coffee tastes bitter than Robusta while Arabica Peaberry coffee has unique acidity, strong and passionate aroma than other Arabica.
